Friendly Flamingos

There have been a half dozen or so flamingos nosing about in the "stink pond" behind the TWR studios. Usually one has to travel to the far flung reaches of Bonaire to see these shy birds.

Speaking of far flung reaches, I was riding my bike up north on Thanksgiving day and had to turn around at Gotto Lake. The lake had completely inundated the road, due to all the rain we've been having.
